Photo Permissions:

Your project reaches the photo permissions phase when final photo selections have been made and photos delivered to you or your production personnel. At this point in the process we set out to obtain the lawful permission to use those images in your project on your behalf from the copyright holders.

We send the copyright holder of an image the proper permissions paperwork which, details all relevant image information, intended use of an image, project details, etc. Fees associated with the use of an image are negotiated to ensure they are competitive. Final fees, along with image caption and credit information and all cost associated details are accurately recorded in our project database.

A photo credit information list is generated from our project-tracking database and provided to you along with any other project details in any format requested.
